Abstract
PURPOSE:To capture the concn. distribution near the center of migration diagrams in spite of irregularity in the coating intervals of specimens and perform quantitative analysis continuously by reading the concns. in one direction of the measuring sample at one time with a scanner. CONSTITUTION:A measuring material 6 having plural migration diagrams 1 is placed on a stage 11, is moved in the arranging direction of the diagrams 1 and at a right angle to the arranging direction of the plural photoelectric transducers of a scanner 2, and is irradiated by a lamp 4. The concn. information in one direction of the sample 6 is successively read instantaneously and the signal corresponding to the quantity of the transmitted light is applied to a signal identification circuit 8. The circuit 8 converts the signal of only the temp. distribution near the center of the migration diagrams and transmits the same to an arithmetic circuit 9 via an A/D converter 3. In the circuit 9, the suitable fractional points are extracted from the absorbancy data in one direction of the diagrams 1, after which the calculation of fractional percentage is carried out and the results are printed and extracted in a display part 10.
