Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase jointing force and to prevent generation of a crack, by rubbing solder into the whole concavo-convex jointed surface of a unit element, and thereafter, solder-jointing each unit element by use of platelike solder.
CONSTITUTION: In order to jointed plural layers of a unit nonlinear resistor, platelike solder is placed between each adjacent unit nonlinear resistor, and plural nonlinear resistors are jointed by means of proper pressure and heating. In this case, prior to joint, solder is rubbed into the whole concavo-convex. jointed surface of the nonlinear resistors. Accordingly, at the time of joint, solder is melted in a state that it has been fitted onto the whole jointed surface.
