Abstract
PURPOSE:To connect an additional device simply without remodeling the device provided already, by providing plural reactance elements and diodes of antiparallel connection in the additional device for increment of output. CONSTITUTION:Signal lines are divided into a1, a2, b1, and b2, and an additional device 11 having a booster circuit 3 is connected between them. The output from an ultrasonic transmitter and receiver 1 is amplified by the booster circuit 3 and is supplied to a transmitter and receiver 5. Reactance elements 6, 7, 9 and 10 are provided for impedance matching. The receiving signal from the transmitter and receiver 5 is supplied to the transmitter and receiver 1 through reactance elements 9, 10, 6 and 7. In this case, the booster circuit 3 is disconnected by high-impedance diodes 2 and 4, and the receiving signal is not short-circuited because a diode 8 is high-impedance. Thus, the additional device is connected simply.
