Abstract
PURPOSE:To execute stamping ensuring a solvent resisting property in a short period of time without contracting a thermocontractive sleeve by a method wherein a surface of the sleeve is stamped by using ultraviolet hardening type sealing ink, and the ink is hardened by irradiating ultraviolet rays, when the surface is stamped. CONSTITUTION:The desired pattern is stamped on the outer surface of a thermocontractive sleeve 1 for electronic parts of vinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, etc. by means of an offset printer 3, etc. by using ultraviolet hardening type stamping ink 2. The thermocontractive sleeve 1 being stamped is introduced into an ultraviolet irradiating device 5 in a box body, ultraviolet rays are irradiated by means of an ultraviolet lamp 4 and the ink 2 is hardened. In order to prevent a temperature rise of the ultraviolet irradiating device 5 at that time, a flowing water pipe 6 is mounted to a sheath of the box body, and temperature in the device 5 is controlled up to approximate 40 deg.C or lower. Thus, stamping ensuring an excellent solvent resisting property, etc. can be executed without contracting the thermocontractive sleeve 1.
