Abstract
PURPOSE:To constitute a desired magnetic circuit without having a cutting work and the like by a method wherein the noncrystalline magnetic material having a soft magnetic property is heated using an optical or thermal means and a crystalline phase is precipitated in a nonpolycrystalline phase in the desired form. CONSTITUTION:After the molding mold 51, which is formed in such manner that a magnetic bias can be applied using the desired pattern, has been heated, it is instantaneously pressed on the thin plate 42 which is joined to a heat-insulating material 52 and a crystalline section 44 is precipitated on the noncrystalline thin plate 42 using a desired pattern. The pattern having a noncrystalline section and a crystalline section 44 is formed on the thin plate 42 and it is used as the magnetic circuit.
