Abstract

The baking is carried out at 1W5kg/cm2, not higher than 85°C for 10W30min, and done preferably at 2kg/cm2 for 10W20min. An amount of invertase is about 3wt% based on the raw material and the reduced pressure is 4W30 Torr, preferably 5W25 Torr. The aging in the raduced tank is preferably carried out by lowering gradually or stepwise the output power of radiofrequency induction heating.
