Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve operability remarkably by facilitating the inputting and projecting display of characters and patterns by constituting the projection subject part of a projector by using a coordinate detection panel, display panel and memory circuit. CONSTITUTION:Light from light source 24 is collected at the projection subject part via condenser lens 25 and projected and displayed on screen 27. On coordinate detection panel 8, characters and patterns are inputted at need and the input signal is stored in memory circuit 20 and also inputted to driving circcuit 21 at the same time, so that the characters and patterns will be displayed on display panel 9 and also projected on screen 27. To project data projected before again, the required data are selected from memory circuit 20 via selecting circuit 22 by operating operation part 23 and the signal is sent to driving circuit 21, thereby displaying the required pattern on display panel 9 over projection. Thus, data projected previously is accessed and projected easily by operating switches and series operability is improved remarkably.
