Abstract

PURPOSE:To actuate winding stem retaining members within the plane direction of a movement by engaging plural elastic arm parts to projecting parts thereby positioning the winding stem. CONSTITUTION:When a winding stem 11 is pulled, the slope 11d of the projecting part of the winding stem force-expand the elastic parts 14', 14'' of two sets or the like of winding stem retaining members 14 engaging with the projecting parts of the winding stem. They elastically engage with the other projecting part of the winding stem 11, thereby positioning the winding stem and permitting the hand setting after. With this simple constitution the winding stem retaining members are actuated within the plane direction of the movement and the watch is reduced in size and thickness.
