Abstract
PURPOSE:To form the thermosensitive paper which has high-sensitivity and improved printing property, by a method wherein given ultra minute particles are used as a dyestuffs precursor in combination of a developer. CONSTITUTION:The dyestuffs precursor, whose 80% or more is 2mu or less in a particle diameter (measurement value by a coulter particle counter), is used. That is, a dispersed liquid of a dyestuffs precursor (for example, crystal violet lacton) having said particle, the developer (for example, phenol and the like), a sensitizer (for example, stearic acid amide) and an adhesive and the like are applied on a support substance for drying to produce the thermosensitive paper. It is preferable that minute particles are used in the developer, the sensitizer, and the like as well. It is effective in the geometrical improvement of sensitiveness and a printing property that the developer, whose 80% or more is 2mu or less in a particle diameter, and the sensitizer, whose 70% or more is 2mu or less in a particle diameter, are used.
