Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the disconnection of the starting part of a coil for a motor and to improve the density of the coil ring by preparing two planar coil rings in which the starting parts are arranged along the inner peripheral edge and the ending parts are projected toward the outer peripheral edge, symmetrically contacting the two planar coil rings, pressing and bonding them and bonding the starting parts. CONSTITUTION:The starting part 3 of the strand wire 2 for a coil is arranged along the inner peripheral edge 1b, the strand wire 2 is wound in a ring shape, the ending part 4 of the strand wire 2 is projected from the outer peripheral edge 1a, and a flat one-side coil ring 5 is formed. Two such coil rings 5 are prepared, are symmetrically contacted on the surfaces with one another, are sufficiently pressed and bonded. The starting parts 3 of the coil rings 5 are electrically connected to form one coil ring 1. since it is not thus necessary to outwardly project the starting parts, it can prevent the disconnection of the starting part of the coil ring, and since the two coil rings are sufficiently pressed, the density of the coil ring 1 can be improved.
