Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain various shapes of elements with ease by a method wherein kneaded material with compound powder containing ferrosilicon as a major ingredient is shaped into the form of a sheet to obtain P type and N type sheets, and then those sheets are pasted with each other to form the P-N junction. CONSTITUTION:Organic components such as a binding agent, plasticizer, dispersant and solvent are added to compound powder containing ferrosilicon of P type as a major ingredient, and then kneaded. Thus kneaded material is rolled into a predetermined thickness so as to form a P type main sheet 1A. Another kneaded material with compound powder containing ferrosilicon of N type as a major ingredient is also rolled so as to form an N type main sheet 1B. Then, a partition sheet 2, which is sublimed and evaporated at the time of calciming, is interposed between the P type and N type main sheets 1A, 1B, and then those sheets are pasted with each other.
