PURPOSE:To keep the quantity of oil for adjusting governor pressure nearly constant by a governor valve by controlling differential pressure across an orifice under the oil pressure that corresponds to the rotating speed of a rotating shaft through a flow controller for the governor valve for the oil pressure controller of the automatic transmission of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:Line pressure Pl from oil source 12, adjusted by pressure adjusting valve 13, is led to oil passage 22 of rotating shaft 10 by way of oil passage 30, control valve 32, and oil passages 34 and 36 and then relieved by relief valve type governor valve 20 according to the rotating speed of rotating shaft 10 to adjust oil pressures of oil passage 22 and 36 to governor pressure Pg with corresponds to said rotating speed.
