Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a high-precision photoelectric pickup, by providing these holders engaging sections with allowances for enabling the holders to make movement when a holder to contain a photocoupler is divided into two sections and the two holders are temporarily fixed. An observation is made on the slits 46A-46C from the top using a microscope, and then, a luminous element 34E and a light-receiving element 34F are inserted and fixed by adhesive to the first holder 48 and the second holder 52, respectively.
