Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a high-precision photoelectric pickup, by providing these holders engaging sections with allowances for enabling the holders to make movement when a holder to contain a photocoupler is divided into two sections and the two holders are temporarily fixed. CONSTITUTION:The first holder 48 is provided with an idle hold 60 which is somewhat larger than outside diameter of a screw 54, and the second holder 52 is provided with a screw hold 62. And, at first, the first holder 48 and the second holder 52, on which slit plates 46 are respectively fixed, are combined with each other, and the second holder 52 is fixed to a jig, and then, the first holder 48 is temporarily attached to the second holder 52 using a screw 54. An observation is made on the slits 46A-46C from the top using a microscope, and then, a luminous element 34E and a light-receiving element 34F are inserted and fixed by adhesive to the first holder 48 and the second holder 52, respectively.
