Abstract
PURPOSE:To completely stir even nonfluid substance like printing pastes, etc., with a very good stirring efficiency by providing an outlet and a by-passed outlet to a stirred vessel containing rotary stirring blade and a pump between the outlet and the by-passed outlet. CONSTITUTION:In case where a printing paste is manufactured, water and the powder of a raw material are put in a stirred vessel and stirred while being heated and turning a stirring blade 2 by a motor 3. Then, a valve 15 is closed, a valve 12 is opened, and a pump 10 is operated, whereupon part of the raw material, etc., inside the vessel 1 is sucked into a suction port 6 by a pump 5 through the bottom and the outlet 4 of the vessel 1, as shown by arrows. It is discharged from a discharge port 11 to the outside of the pump 5 and then again flowed into the vessel 1 through a by-pass pipe 13 and a by-passed outlet 14. Since the outlet 14 is faced toward the blade 2, the raw material, etc., are soon directed upwards in the central part of the vessel 1 while being stirred by the blade 2 and then goes down in the direction of the arrows.
