Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a subject copying paper which has a fast printing speed, no solvent smell, and is manufactured at an inexpensive cost, by a method wherin the subject copying paper is prepared such that an application layer, consisting of a microcapsule containing a developer, such as phenol resins, is combined with a coloring agent application layer on which an alcohol flexographic ink is applied through printing. CONSTITUTION:In the usage, an application layer, consisting of microcapsule containing that which dissolves a developer, such as phenol resins, aromatic carboxylic acid or metal salt (p-phenylphenol, etc.) in a solvent, is combined with a coloring agent application layer on which an alcohol flexo ink, consisting of an electron donative organic coloring agent (example: crystal violet lactone, etc.), a white pigment (TiO2, etc.) and a partially-saponified polyvinyl alcohol (40-95% saponification), is applied through printing. The coloring agent layer and the developer layer are used in the reverse manner to the traditional one, and the coloring agent is prepared into ink through printing and is applied to a necessary part. This eliminates the need for a particular drying device and enables the production of a subject copy paper which has a fast printing speed, no uncomfortable smell, and an enough coloring capability.
