Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the typing work efficient considerably, by mounting a new form onto the same position to type out automatically contents of a page memory after completion of the correction operation.

CONSTITUTION: Line feed counter 31 and head carrier counter 30 are always operated by pulse generators and photo couplers to grasp the X coordinate position and the Y coordinate position, and addresses of page memory 32 ar selected by these counters 30 and 31. Consequently, all contents on the typing form are coded and stored in respective addresses in memory 32. In case that correction is required, the address position of memory 32 agrees automatcially with the part to be corrected if print head 19 is matched to a pertinent position of the form by the key operation on keyboard 33, and therefore, contents of memory 32 cab be corrected by the key operation for correction. When two or more positions should be corrected and they are different in address, they ar marked on the form previously and are corrected successively from the part nearere to the end of the text.
