Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the imprinting of data to be performed by exposure of only once even at the multiple exposure by pushing a button for multiple exposure to shut off the supply system of the film and put the data imprinting device in an off state.
CONSTITUTION: In performing multiple exposure, first a data switch button 3 is operated to turn on a data switch S1 and ordinary photographing is performed. This causes a date circuit 6 to operate and the preset data to be imprinted to part of the film through a data imprintig optical system. Thence, if a multiple exposure button 4 is pushed in in order to perform multiple exposure a normally closed switch S2 is opened to turn off the date circuit. Hence, even if the film winding operation is made by turning a winding lever, the film is not fed and since the date circuit 6 is not closed, the multiple exposure may be performed without imprinting of any data.
