Abstract
PURPOSE: To continuously split downward a piece to be slipt away from the shape material, and to improve the efficiency of the coiling work, by placing the shape material, whose part to be split is laid underside, upon the roller conveyor, by pushing downward the tip of the split piece, and by arranging a couple of driving rollers for pinching this tip of the split piece.
CONSTITUTION: The shape material 1 is placed upon the rolls 2 of the roller conveyer, and the tip of a piece S to be split away from the shape material 1 is bent downward by the jig 7 for the purpose to tear off the piece S from the V-notches formed on both side edges of the piece S to be split. The tip of the piece S is forcibly inserted from upside into the feed rollers 4 which thereby pinch the piece S and are driven by the geared motor 6.
