Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a picture analysis for the consecutive frames only through a storage device equivalent to a field, by supplying both the 1st field signal of the stored video signal of standard scanning system and the 2nd field signal into a processing circuit in parallel to each other and in terms of time. CONSTITUTION:The analog video signal supplied from the TV camera 81 of standard scanning system is digitized through an A/D converter 82, and at the same time the synchronous signal is separated. Based on this synchronous signal, the storage device 83, vertical correlation circuit 84 plus comparators 85 and 86 are actuated. The device 83 having a storage capacity of signals equivalent to a field stores the 1st field signal of standard scanning system. The circuit 84 supplies the stored 83 1st field signal and the 2nd field signal in parallel to each other and in terms of time.
