Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to make a selection to the detour route as well as the resetting to the main route at the repeating node, by confirming the presence or absence of the detour route in case a fault on the main route is detected or informed and then switching the route. CONSTITUTION:When a falut occurs at the repeating node PD of the main route LM, the node PC refers to the display control table for the presence or absence of the detour route and then informs the node PB that the use of the main route is impossible after making sure that no detour route exists. After confirming the presence of the detour route PB-PF, the node PB transmits the data given from the transmitter node PA onto the route and then transmits the node PF to the address node PE. Then the node PB transmits the request command for information of main route recovery to the node PD with every prescribed time. When the fault is recovered, the node PD transfers this command to the node PE. Thus the node PE transfers an answer to the node PB. The node PB transfers the data again via the main route PB-PC.
