CONSTITUTION:The antifoaming agent consisting of (a) 100pts. the organopolysiloxane contg. oxyalkylene group having the formula I, (b) 2-200pts. the organopolysiloxane having the formula II and (c) 0.01-60pts. silica filler. In the formulas, R<1> is a univalent hydrocarbon group [hereinafter referred to as (t)], A, D are univalent, bivalent oxyalkylene groups of the formulas III, IV, Y is H, univalent (t) of C1-10, an acyl group, R<3>, R<5>, R<6> are bivalent (t) of C3-10, R<4> is bivalent (t) of C2-10, (g), (j) are 0 or 1, (h), (k) >=1 positive integer, (i), (l), are 0 or positive integer, where 2<=h+i<=100, 0.05<=h/h+i<=1.00, 1<=k+l<=100, R<2> is univalent (t) of C8-30, a=0, 1, 2, b<=50 positive integerm c>=1 positive integer, 0<e, f<2.4 where 1.8<=e+f<=2.4, 0.02<=f/e+f<=0.95.
