Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the toner removal and recovery in fur brush to be accomplished easily with simple constitution by providing the 1st nonmagnetic sleeve roller having a rugged layer on the surface in which a magnet is built, and the 2nd nonmagnetic sleeve roller of a smooth surface layer. CONSTITUTION:The 1st nonmagnetic sleeve roller 3 which transfers the toner off from the fur brush of a fur brush roller 2 and conveys the same is disposed, and this roller has a coarse rugged surface layer and has a magnet 4 in the inside of the part in contact with the fur brush roller. The 2nd nonmagnetic sleeve roller 5 is disposed in proximity to the 1st roller 3 in such a manner as to transfer off the toner conveyed by the surface of the 1st roller 3. This 2nd roller 5 is revolved in the direction opposite from that of the 1st roller 3, has a smooth surface and has a magnet roller 6 in the inside of the part in proximate contact with the 1st roller 3. Thereby, the toner in the fur brush is easily removed and recovered with the simple constitution.
