CONSTITUTION:When the emergency alarm broadcast is detected, alarm discriminating circuit 4 discriminates this broadcast, and voice amplifying circuit 2 is controlled by alarm discriminating circuit 4 so that the alarm broadcast is outputted from speaker 3 surely. Signal detecting circuit 5 detects the level of the intermediate- frequency signal from signal receiving part 1, and this circuit 5 operates to supply power to alarm discriminating circuit 4 only when the broadcast wave is detected or a prescribed intermediate-frequency signal level or more is detected.
