Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a display object having the stereoscopic (variable) effect rapidly by providing an ultraviolet curing type resin layer on a blank material such as printed matter having an image, closely adhering the resin layer to a mold of the lenticular screen (LCS) shape and irradiating ultraviolet rays through the mold. CONSTITUTION:In making a print 51 such as photographic film, photographic paper, or printed matter to a lenticular display object having stereoscopic or variable effect, the print 51 is placed and closely adhered between an upper mold 1 which has a recess 4 having an LCS shape at its top surface 5 and allows the transmission of ultraviolet rays and a lower mold 2, and a ultraviolet curing type resin is flled in the recess 4 of the upper mold 1. Next, a hood provided with a reflecting mirror 7, a shutter 8, and ultraviolet lamps 3 is placed on the upper mold 1, and the shutter 8 is opened to irradiate ultraviolet rays, thereby allowing the resin layer of the recess 4 to crosslink and set. In this way, the resin sets by the irradiation of around 2 seconds, and the LCS is formed on the print 51.
