Abstract
PURPOSE: An ointment for dermatophytosis that is composed of brown sugar and vinegar.
CONSTITUTION: An adequate amount of vinegar is added to brown sugar to form a slurry, thus giving the objective ointment for dermatophytosis. Brown sugar prevents the development of molds for a long time, being thought to include strong antifungal substances. The brown sugar is mixed with vinegar into a slurry, which can be readily applied to the affected parts. Thus, the treatment operations are very simple.
