Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate bridge building works and make it possible to absorb rocks of a ship, by mounting a main bridge on a turntable on a platform car mobeable on the ship so that it may freely turn upside down and further mounting a sub- bridge with a counterweight on the end part of the main bridge so that it may freely turn upside lown.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary turn table 8 is mounted on a platform car 6 moveable on a ship. One end of a main bridge 26 is mounted on the turntable 8 through a hinge 10 so that it may freely turn upside down. Further a sub-bridge 44 is mounted by means of a hinge 44 fixed to the end part of the main bridge 26, so that it may freely turn upside down, and the other end 37 of the sub-bridge 42 is fastened to another ship. A counterweight 43 corresponding to the weight of the sub-bridge 42 is mounted sith the hinge 44 inbetween. Thus the bridge can easily be built and at the same time rocks of the ships can be absorbed.
