Abstract
PURPOSE:To remain no space at the outlet section of the lead wire as well as to increase to dampproof property of the subject winding by a method wherein the insulating layer for use in tightly fixing the outlet section of the lead wire on a winding body is wound under the outer insulator and then a varnishing process is performed. CONSTITUTION:An insulator-to-ground 3 is wound on the outer circumference of a winding conductor 2 and the outlet section of the lead wire 4a is placed thereon. Then, the insulating layer 8 consisting of synthetic fibers and the like is wound on the above in such manner that said outlet section is tightly fixed to the winding body, and after an outer layer insulator 7 has been wound on the outer circumference of the above, an all over varnish impregnation is performed. Through these procedures, there remains no gap in the vicinity of the outlet section of the lead wire 4 and the dampproof property of the insulating layer can be improved.
