Abstract

PURPOSE:To discriminately detect the amphetamine and methamphetamine in humor by the antibody obtained by sensitizing the high polymer material bound on the benzene ring of amphetamines with warm-blooded animal. CONSTITUTION:The composite of a high polymer material, for example, (P)-N= N-(Q) or (P)-(CH2)nNH-(Q) bound on the benzene ring through a spaur for providing immunogenic to the amphetamines expressed by the formula (I) and a high polymer material is injected subcutaneously or muscularly into warm-blooded animal, and after a fixed period, the blood of said animal is sampled, whereby the antibody is obtained. The immuno-analytical method of the amphetamines obtained in this way permits straight application of known methods, and has virtually no cross reactivity with the methamphetamine of the amphetamine antibody.
