Abstract

PURPOSE:To join a base plate and a yoke plate simply and compensate by a through hole the reductions in magnetic resistance resulting from a protruded part caused by a half-tone stamping-out work, by joining a base plate and a yoke plate of a flat type brushless motor by a manual stamping-out work and forming a through hole adjacent to the connected part. CONSTITUTION:On joining a base plate 6 and a yoke plate 7, the base plate 6 and the yoke plate 7 are first stacked as is shown in the illustration A. Then, by stamping-out using a punch 11 from the side of the base plate 6 the yoke plate 7 is stamped out as is shown in the illustration B. Then, by pressing the top of a protruded part 6b using a backing table 12 and a punch 13 as is shown in the illustration C, the base plate 6 and the yoke plate 7 are fixed to each other and joined as is shown in the illustration D. The reduced portions of the magnetic resistance caused respectively by the raised parts 6c1-6c4 taking place by the said joining are compensated by the increased portions of the magnetic resistance caused by through holes 131-134 with identical (6c1 for 134, 6c2 for 133, 6c3 for 132 and 6c4 for 131) magnetic pole arrangement to the respective raised part.
