Abstract
PURPOSE:To unnecessitate a crane and to prevent the damage of a rotor of a motor by supporting both ends of a rotor shaft at a truck moving on rails, moving the truck while additionally connecting joint shafts to one end of the rotor shaft and thud drawing the rotor. CONSTITUTION:Rails 13 are laied in parallel with the shaft of a rotor 12 on a foundation 14 in the vicinity of a motor and a motor base plate 7, and trucks 8, 9 are provided thereon. Both the ends of the shaft of the toror 12 are supported by suspensions at the ends of a bracket, the bearings of the rotor are removed, and then the ends of the rotor shaft are placed on the trucks 8, 9. After the bracket is further removed, a joint shaft 6 having a proper length is connected by utilizing a flanged joint 5 provided at the load side end of the rotor shaft, and the truck 9 is then moved. Further, joint shafts 6', 6'' are sequentially connected thereto, and the rotor 12 is drawn out. Thus, the rotor 12 can be simple drawn even in a place where no crane is available due to a narrow space.
