Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Between the backpressure side B of the cylinder 1 and the switching valve 4 is arranged the variable throttle 8 in parallel to the counterbalance valve 3. By this, if a set pressure of the counterbalance valve 3 is increased for the purpose of increasing the braking effect, a remaining pressure is easy to escape with respect to the halting operation, and therefore no pressure back phenomenon occurs. Thus, the braking effect and the halt position accuracy are both improved.
