Abstract

PURPOSE: To make tableware hot pressed with a fully automatic operation, by intermittently turning a dividing table for heating purpose equippped with a heating furnace around it and a dividing table for working purpose and properly using a mechanism for putting in as well as taking out the work and a machine for press processing.

CONSTITUTION: A deviding table 1 used for heating purpose and a dividing table 2 used for working purpose, which are intermittently rotatable clockwise and anti clockwise, are separately installed. The work 4 after being separated one by one is fed to a chuck part (b) provided at the tip part of a chuck lever 3 of the table 1, whose beak part is capable of conducting its opening and closing operation by the aid of a toggle joint mechanism (a). The work 4 is clamped by a chuck part (b) and heated in a heating furnace (d) installed around about a half of the outer circumference of the table 1. In the next place, the work 4 fed through a setting-in mechanism (e) is clamped again by a chucking tool (b) of a chucking shaft 5 being installed projectingly for free upward and downward motions by the aid of a flexible joint 6 of the table 2 and processed for the press printing a press (f) and thereafter successively taken out by a taking out mechanism (g).
