Abstract

PURPOSE:To stirr and mix a stock material sufficiently after said stock material is cut, finely pulverized and preliminarily mixed by a cutting plate by providing a partition plate having a small pore for injecting said stock material provided thereto by drilling and the cutting plate having a cutting blade to a prestage reached to a stirring chamber of the continuous stirring apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The cutting plate 12 having the cutting blade 13 is provided to a place faced to a supply passage 4 of a stock material I at an external side of a rotary plate 6A forming a primary stirring chamber 8 of the continuous stirring apparatus and, further, a cylindrical partition plate 14 is provided so as to be slid along and contacted with a peripheral surface thereof. Then, the stock material I is introduced from the inflow passage 4 and a stock material II from an inflow passage 5 but the stock material I is entered into a stirring chamber 8 from a back side of the rotary plate 6A through a space between the cutting plate 12 and the partition plate 14 and entered into a small pore groove 11 of a periphery of the cutting plate 12 and, on the other hand, the stock material II is entered into the stirring chamber 8 through a small pore 11 of the partition plate 14. In this case, the stock material II is slid along and contacted with an inner surface of the partition plate 14 and, after finely cut by the cutting blade, preliminarily mixed with the stock material I in the small pore groove. Therefore, the mixing free from irregularity is carried out.
