Abstract

Glucoamylase, α-amylase, β-amylase, etc. may be used as the protein unhydrolyzing enzyme: carboxymethylcellulose, carboxymethyl starch, alginic acid, etc., as the water- soluble high polymer compound. Dialdehydes, polyaldehydes, etc. may be cited as the water-soluble polyfunctional reagent.
