Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the cost of apparatus and to improve the workability of the rotor inserting work in the case the rotor is inserted in the inside of a stator by providing a dry antifriction material between a metal sheet and rotor supporting blocks provided in the inside of a stator. CONSTITUTION:One end of the rotor 1 is suspended with a crane A, the other end is supported by the rotor supporting blocks 5 and 6, and the rotor is slidingly inserted into the inside of the stator core 3. The dry antifriction material 7 such as surface lubricant paper is provided between the metal sheet 4 and the rotor supporting blocks 5 and 6 to protect the stator core 3. As the dry antifriction material 7, teflon powder can be used. In this method, the post-treatment becomes simple compared with the method wherein a wet antifriction material such as grease is used, and reliable friction reducing action can be obtained.
