CONSTITUTION:Containers 7 opened at back end sides are arranged on the back end sides of fixed cores 1 and rubberlike elastic bodies 8 consisting of rubber or an equivalent material are accommodated in the containers 7. The elastic bodies 8 are pressed from the back end sides at suction operation by pressing arms 9 installed at the back end section of a plunger shaft 6. A rubberlike elastic body 11 for returning is intervened and inserted between the arms 9 and a stopper 10 opposing to the back end sides of the arms 9 by fixing through the plunger 6, the back end sides of the arms 9, and the fixed cores 1. When coils 4 are not excited, an interval lg is provided between fixed and moving coils 1, 3 to form intervals ls between the side walls of the containers 7 and the elastic bodies 8.
