Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an electrode with a uniform cross section R by applying coining which thickness the joint of a projected cylindrical area between the projecting and burring of a principal lens electrode. CONSTITUTION:A lower hole 12 with an inner diameter d1 is perforated on a material plate 10 by punching 11. Then a projected area 14 is formed by projecting 13. This permits the thickness of the burred joint area to be made uniform over all surfaces and obtains an electrode with a uniform cross section R.
