Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive load transducer of flexibility in impact by forming a parallelogram by fixing both ends of a couple of leaf springs with a couple of spacers of high rigidity, by arranging two strain gauges on one leaf spring, and by providing two holes across each gauge at positions in parallel to the spacers. CONSTITUTION:A couple of leaf springs 7 and 8 made of SUPC or SK materials are fixed with spacers 9 and 10 such as inexpensive SS materials to form a parallelogram. On leaf spring 7, strain gauges 5 and 6 are fitted near both its edges, and holes 11 are made across gauges 5 and 6 at positions in parallel to spacers 9 and 10 and at equal intervals. One edge A of the parallelogram is fixed and variations in resistance of gauges 5 and 6 due to a load on the other edge B are measured by a bridge circuit, etc. Thus, the inexpensive load transducer of flexibility in impace can be obtained.
