CONSTITUTION:Every time data is generated, a transmitting station transmits the data while increasing transmission order word NS. A receiving station returns transmission order word and reception order word NR with the transmission order word set to zero. Then, the transmitting station judges the data has arrived correctly by checking the value of reception order word NR, and then discards the data. When the receiving station has data to be sent to the transmitting station, transmission order word NS is increased and the data is transmitted. Thus, the same time slot can be used for both data transmission and reception confirmation.
