Abstract

PURPOSE: To considerably improve the discharging amount of muddy material and to facilitate the maintenance, by locating a rotor for contacting and detaching a flexible member against a pump function face for the purpose to pressure feed the muddy material in the pump casing.
CONSTITUTION: As the rotation of rotor 7, a rubber belt 5 will repeat the contact and detach motion against a pump function face 1 while in the proximity of point B it will function to suck a muddy concrete 14 from a hopper 15 and at the position between points B and C it will function to feed the material, and in the proximity of point C it will function to discharge to a discharge port 13. Consequently the rubber belt 5 will be detached from the pump function face 1 while utilizing the function that it is stretched forcefully then recovered in the contracting direction to suck the muddy material 14, thereby the suction can be performed quickly and reliably resulting in the considerable improvement of the discharge amount of pump. Furthermore since the cleaning and the inspection between the rubber belt 5 and the pump function face 1 are facilitated, the maintenance is considerably facilitated.
