CONSTITUTION:Fitting members 81 and 82 for optical fibers are installed in case 80; member 82 is fixed to the case, and member 81 is fixed on shaft 83 connected direct to motor 84. Members 81 and 82 have contiguous opposing plane parts and are provided with butt connection surfaces between optical fibers 90-93, and 94- 97. Then, the optical fibers are arranged concentrically on the plane part, and rotating members 81 and 82 relatively changes over mutually opposing light transmission lines of the counter plane parts.
