Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the disorder in case of starting a service by providing a device for informing a call by an absence transfer, in the absecne transfer system of a telephone switchboard for transferring and connecting a call to the first extension from the calling circuit, to the second extension. CONSTITUTION:A call to the absence transfer extension telephone set EXTA from the calling extension telephone set EXTC is transferred and connected to the extension telephone set EXTB to which an absence transfer is made, and as soon as a bell of the telephone set EXTB rings, a call signal sound is sent out to the telephone set EXTC. When a subscriber of the telephone set EXTB has answered, the telephone sets EXTC, EXTB are connected once to the talkie trunk TKT, it is informed by the talkie for a few seconds to the subscriber of the EXTC and the subscriber of the EXTB that the call has been connected to the absence transfer destination and it has been connected by the absence transfer, respectively, and thereafter, the talking circuit is completed through the extension trunk IOT. Audible signal can be sent out instead of a voice.
