Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate the trouble caused by the projection of the acute edge at the wedge type part, when the side plate and the end plate are to be formed by perpendicularly bending four sides of the square type metallic sheet, by making the oblique crease at four corners, and by lapping the double wedge type parts, generated at the adjoining side plates and at the joining part of the end plates, over the inside surface.
CONSTITUTION: Both edges of the metallic sheet of the specified size is perpendicularly bent by the press, etc., and the channel 12 is formed; the bottom plate 13 of this channel 12 is placed on the holding parts 14 of four benders.
