Abstract
PURPOSE:To maintain revolution of drum smoothly even if deflecrion of revolution shaft is generated due to the vibration of drum of concrete mixer car by connecting the driving shaft and the input shaft of a planetary gear apparatus through a flexible coupling. CONSTITUTION:In the bearing structure A by which the front end of a liquor- bottle-shaped drum 1 of a concreate mixer car is supported, the driving shaft 2 of a power motor and the input shaft 3 are connected through a flexible coupling 16, and the exertion of effect to the rotary driving of the drum 1 is prevented, when the felection of shaft is generated. On the drum 1, a large diameter case 11 is installed, and at the center of the case, a cylindrical part 17 is arranged through a spherical roller bearing 15. At the top end of an input shaft 3, a sun gear 4 is fixed, and geared with the inner gear 6 on the inner wall of a small diameter case 7 through the planetary gear 5 axially supported onto a carrier 8. The gear 19 of the carrier 8 is geared with the planetary gear 9 axially supported onto a carrier 10, and the gear 14 of the carrier 10 is geared with the inner gaer 22 on the inner wall of the large diameter case 11 through a planetary gear 13.
