Abstract
PURPOSE: To protect a sloped surface against errosion and collapse simply and accurately by securely covering the surface of a sloped surface newly created with an unwoven cloth.
CONSTITUTION: Uncut endless fibers are bonded with each other by a proper adhesives employing a span bonding method or entangled with ench other by needle punching method to produce an unwoven cloth. The fiber material here in used shall be a synthetic fiber such as polyester fiber excellent in weathering and tensile strength. The sheet of the unwoven cloth thus formed is cut from a roll, for example, to the length of a sloped surface to cover. Subsequently, another sheet of the unwoven cloth is applied over the surface with the end thereof overlapping that of the adjacent sheet. Then, a fixing means such as a peg or cramp is used to surrounding, overlapped and intermediate parts of the unwoven cloth.
