Abstract

A raking device made up of a chain provided outside thereof with several comb teeth 6 wound across upper and lower sprockets 7 is attached to the screen bar 1 with the comb teeth 6 projected out from the bar 1. This checks clogging as the screen bar is free at the lower end while preventing the bar 1 from entering between wrong comb teeth 6 running thereover.
