CONSTITUTION:In the rubber vibration insulator 6 to be placed between the end bracket 5 constituting the rotary electric apparatus main body and a mounting base 7, a conductive substance 13 such as finely powdered carbon is mixed in the rubber body 11, and metal rings 10 and 12 are attached to the inner and outer circumferential portions to contact with the end bracket 5 and the mounting base 7 respectively in order to provide the vibration insulator with electric conductivity. Thereby, the rubber vibration insulator 6 can be provided with grounding function, so that production is facilitated as well as grounding can be reliably effected.
