Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a transmission/reception among the devices having different densities of scan, by dividing equally a line of picture information to be transmitted with the difference between the picture information equivalent to a line and the number of picture information of the reception side and then deleting or adding the number of picture element information for every division. CONSTITUTION:The picture information input IN is taken into the 1-line memory 10A by the read-in clock RIC for every line. The divider circuit 14 delivers a pulse for every four pulses of the read clock ROC supplied from the inverter 13.
