CONSTITUTION:A flexible surfacial skin 11 (paper, aluminum foil, synthetic resin sheet, etc.) is pasted on one side of a foamed synthetic resin sheet 10. Then a notch part 12 at larger angle (d) than 90 deg. is provided from the edge 10a of the resin sheet 10 with a position set as an apex 0 on a surfacial skin 10 having the same length as the thickness (t) of the resin sheet 10. The notch 12 is composed of a cut line (l) running from the apex 0 to the edge 10a and a cut line (m) running from the apex 0 to the rear side 10b at an angle (d) larger than 90 deg. compared to the former cut line. After cutting off the notch, the terminal part 16 is bent with right angle and a reinforcing body 20 is inserted into a V-shaped clearance 19 formed between the terminal part 16 and a body part 15 and is jointed.
