Abstract

PURPOSE: To restrain elongation of a base material without manpower requirements and eliminate an unevenness of precision in a finished product by holding a base material such as FRP with a needle-shaped body piercing into the said material and moving the said material inside a furnace for heating.
CONSTITUTION: A stacker 2 for stacking a base material 1 such as FRP, etc. is fixed inside a machine body 3 and the stacker 2 is located at the upper part of a chute 6. In the meantime, a freely movable rod 18 is put across a pair of chains 7, 7 and is caused to intermittently run together with the chains 7, 7. A needle 9 is fixed on the rod 18 and the base material 1 which is fed through the intermediary of a plate 5, is conducted into the furnace. The base material is lifted to allow itself to be pierced by the needle 9 where the said material is heated and is caused to move inside the furnace as it is held. Following this process, base materials fed to the stacker 2 are caused to move one by one over the chute 6 through a plate 5 with the help of a chain 4 and then are fed into the furnace. The material 1 is held by the needle 9 inside the furnace and is finally caused to drop sequentially at the furnace outlet by means of a bracket rod.
